In this sorting site with an area of 7000 square meters, only 10 people are needed to efficiently and accurately complete all order allocation, which is full of technological style.
“When the delivery time arrives, the electric forklift will take off the wine in advance and transport it to the sorting line for intelligent scanning and coding. The driver responsible for transporting the order will enter the park to pick up the goods through the self-service order processing platform system, and then send them to various parts of the country.”said Mu Chen, Deputy General Manager of the Liquor Industry Division.
This storage model, originally tailored for Luzhou Laojiao, is still the first in the field of alcohol storage. In the face of valuable land resources, the Liquor Industry Division adopts the “high-density storage” method, by transforming the warehouse into shuttle shelves, customizing high-level electric forklifts, and other methods, maximizing the use of limited space, and improving warehouse utilization to save a lot of costs for the enterprise.
